Need Supply Co. accepts the following forms of payment:

* Sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a California, New York or Virginia address.
You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00pm ET (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.
Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays
If you would like to send your purchase as a gift you can select to add a gift message at checkout. We will include a card with your message and ship your order with a gift receipt.
